TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A deposit of 30 % of total rent amount is required as confirmation of booking. The balance of accommodation charges is payable prior to your arrival date.

Deposit should be paid in a 5 days after making the reservation.

Deposit is refundable if notice of cancellation is received 60 days prior to the booked arrival date, or on shorter notice if a replacement booking is received.

Payments are accepted in cash and bank drafts.

Room made service is every 7 days.For the stay shorter than 5 days price is 30 % higher.
