General
conditions For all car groups the minimum age for drivers is 21 years. A valid driving licence, which has been held for at least one year, must be presented together with passport or an acceptable national identy card. The minimal rental charge is one day. Delays up to one hour are not charged, however each additional hour is calculated at 1/3 daily rental fee. On the collection, all vehicles will have a full tank of petrol and should be returned as such, otherwise the difference in fuell spent will be charged, plus 5,00 refuelling expenses. Form of payment must be advised at the time of reservation. We could offer you convenience of paying with a Credit Card which ENJOY IN DUBROVNIK accepted. Cash rentals require a deposit which is appropriate to an anticipated rental charge and relevant to the value of the rented vehicle. Reservations are usually confirmed for car group or types, and not for a specific model. NOTE:Rent a scooter (minimum age 18 and a valid driving licence, which has been held for at least one year, must be presented together with passport or an acceptable national identy card) NOTE:Rent a bike (passaport required)
Insurance
All rates include third party liability insurance. CDW and TP – In case of damage to or loss of a rented vehicle or parts of it, fire, breakage of glass or theft, the renter is (even without being at fault) liable up to the «replacement value» of the vehicle, or the real value whichever is higher. Therfore, additional CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and TP (Theft Protection) fees are obligatory and reduce clients' liability to the amount of 500,00 representing NWE (Non – Waivable Excess). PAI – Passenger Accident Insurance, insures a driver and any passenger in case of death or injury whilst in a ENJOY IN DUBROVNIK – by payment of a daily fee. Amounts insured are in accordance with the valid terms and conditions of the insurance company.
Additional
services Child seat, roof or ski rack 10,00 daily – maximum 50,00 per rental (damages or loss will be charged at cost price). Delivery/collection: Free of charge within city. Delivery/collection after office hours is possible (charge 10,00 – triple after midnight). Outside city limits – a charge is calculated per kilometer from/to garage basis. RIH/LIT one way rentals are permited and free of charge between our offices. These services are subject to prior approval by ENJOY IN DUBROVNIK and are not available if using car less than three days. A Chauffeur Drive service is available, please enquire.
